Installation

Sightline installers are fully trained and directly employed by the company.

Our teams of experienced professional installers will arrive equipped with all the specialist tools to deliver an efficient, diligent and exacting installation.

Health& safety is paramount along with providing the client with detailed information and instructions specific to their glazing system.

A dedicated project manager will ensure all of the client’s materials are on schedule and that the client receives any updates as they occur. 

The businesses health & safety manager produces all the required documentation for the client’s project.  The project manager can be contacted during any part of the ordering process by builders and/or architects should they require any further information.

Around 14 days prior to the provisional installation date provided to the client, our installations team will contact the client to ensure that the project is still on track, or if they need more information.  The install team will then request a number of photos of the site, clarification that any requests made by our surveying team have been completed, our installation team then confirm delivery and installation date for the order. 

The installation team will meet with the client/representative on the morning of their installation to discuss how their work may impact other trades on the site, should there be any. Once the installation has been completed our team will discuss the installation of the doors, how they work and any other technical information that is required.
