Roles and responsibilities
One of my key roles is to respond to customer enquiries which could be an architect, builder or end client all of which require different types of information.
We spend a lot of time going through architectural plans to ensure every detail has been considered. Each element of a project is broken down so we can produce a detailed quotation that can deliver the desired results.
We are a young and dynamic company, so I am always looking at ways to improve our products and services and provide clients with new and innovative glazing solutions.
My experience:
As a founding member of Sightline I have been with the company from the very start, it has always been my ambition to develop my own company putting my knowledge and experience into a business that I can control and manage without compromise.
I have been in the glazing industry for over 25 years and have experience in all kinds of glazing systems including curtain walling, Upvc, structural and thermal energy efficient glass walls, working for clients in both the private and public sector.
What do you like most about your job?
I love doing what I do because I love the people around me, we have a fantastic team and amazing showroom. I couldn’t have achieved any of this without Dave Richardson, my business partner and best friend. We both take an honest and informed approach to how we run Sightline and both share the same values in delivering exceptional customer service.
